How to Request CEQ Store Digital Noticeboard Inclusion

If you would like CEQ to display your media on the in-store screens please use the online form below to submit your request with all media prepared and attached. Please remember to include the locations you would like your media displayed and the dates you would like it shown.

Media Formatting Requirements

Your media can be;

  • Video (mp4),
  • PowerPoint
  • PDF Documents or png Image format.

All Media must be 300dpi quality minimum and sized to 1920 x 1080px. No longer than 2 minutes in length and with no sound/audio. If the file has audio please remove or mute.

Please use a frame rate of 7 seconds min. for content and 5 seconds for title/closing slides. (Watch – read through and match time allocated accordingly)

This form is used by Community Members who wish to display important Community Notices or Information relevant to the regions CEQ services. This portal allows you to upload 2 images/videos, information documents and provide consent and relevant display information all at the same time. Please fill the form out in full and we appreciate your participation in CEQ Media.

    Please attach mp4 1920x1080px no longer than 2 mins with no audio or audio removed from the file. Frame rate of each panel message to be no less than 7 seconds for content 5 seconds for title and closing slides. Media provided can be provided as stills or powerpoint slides as individual png's or PDF files.
