This form is used by Community Members who wish to express their interest in participating in selling locally sourced or produced goods through a stall at the CEQ Community Market Day/s. Please fill the form out in full and we will get back to you by return email confirming your booking.

• Equipment Provided:
2 x trestle table 1830mm length x 760mm width x 740mm height and chair – Stall holders are expected to supply all other equipment.

• Tables may not be dismantled before Give Permission or the Market Day ends at 3pm
• We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to goods whist exhibiting, loading and unloading.
• If you cancel a booking, please ensure a 2 working day notice is given.
• If you fail to attend on the day, please inform us as soon as possible.
• If a stall is selling food, please ensure you have completed food safety training and provide food safety certificate.
• All electrical appliances and cords used are to be tagged with Cable Safety Labels. All electrical equipment leads and appliances must display a current electrical certified test and tag sticker.
• All stall related equipment and signage must be contained within the boundary of the allocated site.
• Stallholder sites must be returned in the same condition that they were hired.
• Stallholders must remove all rubbish from their site after each market. Failure to remove rubbish may incur a cleaning fee.
• Stallholders must recognize this is a family friendly event and must agree to be respectful of all community members and products for display for sale, regardless of personal feelings or past grievances. Anyone who choses to participate in behavior that makes another feel threatened or puts another person or their property in danger will be asked to leave and will be banned from all future CEQ Community Market Days.

All goods and services for sale must comply with the product criteria set out in the Markets General Policy:
• The CEQ Community Market Day markets are intended to support and encourage locally sourced and produced items.
• Only quality goods and craftwork at a fair price should be on site.
• The sale of food and non-alcoholic drinks is permitted where such items comply with the Food Act 2006 (QLD) and the Australian New Zealand Food Standards Code.
• The sale of plants is permitted.
• The sale of second-hand goods, collectables and Bric-a-Brac may be included subject to CEQ approval.
